About the Place
Our retreat will take place at a Private Luxurious Riad, with a privileged location close to the Medina, a real haven of peace, elegance and well-being while so close to the city center.
The Riad seduces with its simplicity, the refinement of its clean and precisely chosen decoration. A multitude of amenities will be at your disposal to leave you feeling taken the best care.

ACTIVITIES IN THE RETREAT
Cooking local Food
We will enjoy a cooking experience with all the Moroccan kitchen tools , and a local Chef will share all the skills and secrets of the Moroccan cuisine as we learn and cook ourselves a local feast.
Yoga
Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, and meditation to develop harmony in the body, mind, and environment.

Fly high and watch the sunrise over Morocco’s desert - unforgettable experience!
Enjoying the desert silence
We will spend a day in the desert enjoying the silence, colors and incredible food that we will be prepared for us. Time of total disconnection.
Meditation and breathing
Breathwork is a combination of ancient and contemporary techniques for channeling and directing your energy by consciously controlling your breath. Practiced either seated or reclined, the classes involve slowing the breath down, speeding it up, retaining the breath for given durations, and manipulating the nostrils to direct the flow of energy through different nadis (energy channels).
Sound healing
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. We use Quartz crystal bowls and Gongs tuned at strategic frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind.
